(7) The power grid shall issue access opinions for projects that meet the technical conditions, and the incremental distribution network enterprises shall study and issue access opinions for projects in the incremental distribution network area. For projects that have obtained access opinions and have been completed within the validity period, power grid enterprises should do a good job of grid connection services in accordance with the principle of "merging as much as possible, merging as early as possible", and implement the grid connection requirements of roof distributed photovoltaic projects in accordance with relevant technical specifications. In principle,

rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation projects should be completed and connected to the grid with full capacity within one year after they are incorporated into the construction scale. 3. Insisting on innovation-driven and promoting high-quality development
