5. Implementation path

(1) Strengthen overall planning. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Energy Bureau have strengthened the overall planning of the green power direct connection project to ensure the orderly development of the green power direct connection mode. 6. Working procedures

(1) Carry out project declaration. Local departments should plan and reserve a number of green power direct connection projects in the light of the development status of the local industry, energy supply and factor guarantee conditions. Load enterprises take the lead in compiling project implementation plans according to project maturity, and the state (city) development and reform commissions, industrial and information bureaus and energy bureaus, together with power grid enterprises, conduct preliminary examinations to assess the scale of project construction, implementation conditions, absorptive capacity and feasibility of access to power grids, and to evaluate the feasibility of access to power grids.
