Investigation and verification: After on-site verification, the report involved 2 problems, and some of the reported problems were true. The production capacity of 3000 tons/day is true, and the actual output of 5500 tons/day is not true. From May 26 to 29, 2024, Jinggu Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. was in normal production. Relevant departments monitored the pollutant discharge and energy consumption during the period, and the energy consumption was in line with relevant regulations. On May 29, 2024, three provincial experts went to the enterprise for on-site verification, consulted the relevant account data, measured the production equipment on the spot, calculated the daily average output, and issued written opinions that the daily average output did not reach the serious situation of overproduction.

Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology suggested that Jinggu County strengthen the real-time monitoring of enterprise environment, safety, energy consumption, product quality and other aspects, understand the reasons for increasing production without expanding kiln diameter, and conduct in-depth research, if enterprises strictly comply with the requirements of the state on ecological environment, safety, energy consumption, product quality, etc. The output can be increased through technological transformation and technological progress. Through self-inspection, the approved construction of Jinggu Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. is consistent with the production capacity of 3000 tons per day. The ecological environment, safety, energy consumption and product quality of the enterprise meet the national standards and requirements, and meet the acceptance conditions.
4. On April 16, 2025, Pu'er Municipal People's Government appointed the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology to take the lead in the acceptance of Jinggu Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. together with Jinggu County People's Government. After on-site verification, the Jinggu County People's Government's self-examination is true and confirms that it meets the requirements of rectification.
