33 cement enterprises! Safety Production Standardization Class I Enterprise Standard!

A total of 33 enterprises in the cement industry meet the first-class enterprise standards for safety production standardization.

On March 24, the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China issued Announcement No.3 of 2025.

In accordance with the provisions of the Grading Measures for the Construction of Enterprise Safety Production Standardization (Emergency [2021] No.83), after self-evaluation, application, evaluation and publicity by enterprises, 151 industrial and trade enterprises such as the Ironmaking Plant of Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd. are determined to meet the first-class enterprise standards for safety production standardization, which are hereby announced and valid for 3 years from the date of publication of the announcement.

151 enterprises are entitled to the following eight incentive measures within the validity period: first, they are mainly based on random inspection of law enforcement to reduce the frequency of law enforcement inspection; second, in principle, they are not included in the scope of regional production restriction and suspension due to policy reasons of safe production; third, in principle, they are given priority to the acceptance of resumption of production after suspension of production; Fourth, if the enterprise meets the conditions for the downward floating of the premium rate of the industrial injury insurance, the premium rate of the industrial injury insurance shall be lowered according to the regulations; fifth, the safety production liability insurance of the enterprise shall be supported according to the relevant policies and regulations; sixth, if the enterprise meets the conditions, the financial credit service shall be provided preferentially; seventh, if the enterprise applies for the qualifications and honors such as national and local quality awards and excellent brands, the preferential support or recommendation shall be given; Eighth, priority should be given to recommending qualified enterprises to participate in the selection of advanced units (collectives) in their respective regions, industries and fields. At the same time, the metal smelting enterprises that meet the safety production standardization level I enterprise standards shall be subject to no more than two safety production law enforcement inspections in a year; and other enterprises in the industry and trade sector that meet the safety production standardization level I enterprise standards shall be subject to no more than one safety production law enforcement inspection in a year.
