Safety production reporting is a basic work of safety production, and it is a powerful grasp to strengthen safety supervision, accurately investigate and deal with hidden dangers of production safety accidents, and control illegal acts of safety production. On the basis of 16 typical cases published earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Management recently announced six cases of safety production reports that were seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law and regulations, among which a cement enterprise was notified. 2024, the Emergency Management Bureau of Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, received a report from the public that a cement company in Yichun City had committed illegal acts of safety production, such as not mining according to the original design. After investigation, the enterprise has some problems, such as failing to construct according to the design, changing the mode of transportation without the approval of the design change, and the inconsistency between the current transport vehicles in the mining area and the design of the original safety facilities, and the report is true. The above-mentioned acts violated the relevant provisions of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Emergency Management Bureau of Yichun City imposed administrative penalties on the enterprise according to law. In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Rewarding Reporting in the Field of Safety Production in Heilongjiang Province, the Emergency Management Bureau of Yichun City awarded the informant 24000 yuan for
discovering and reporting the illegal acts of safety production in production and business units.
