In order to implement the requirements of "Blue Shield-Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day" regulation action of Anhui Provincial Water Resources Department and Yangtze River Bureau on cracking down on illegal sand mining in rivers, and consolidate the management order of sand mining in rivers. During the Double Festival, a large group of law enforcement units jointly launched the Blue Shield Law Enforcement Qingjiang Special Action.
This special law enforcement action focuses on the inspection of sensitive waters, key river sections and key vessels, and investigates whether there are illegal sand-related vessels and illegal overloading. Firstly, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used to inspect the empty ships docked at the anchorage along the way, and the ships that cannot be identified are boarded and inspected to check whether they are illegal sand mining vessels; secondly, the heavy ships are boarded and inspected to check the relevant documents and the "quadruple list" of sand and gravel mining and transportation, so as to ensure that the source of the sand and gravel transported is clear and the destination is clear; Thirdly, UAVs are used to inspect the Yangtze River shoreline and river-crossing construction projects.
In this special centralized law enforcement operation, three joint law enforcement operations were carried out, six law enforcement boats, 12 law enforcement vehicles, more than 60 law enforcement officers, three UAVs and more than 220 kilometers of river patrol were dispatched, which effectively deterred the illegal sand miners who were lucky.
Next, a large group of law enforcement teams will devote themselves to the screening of illegal sand mining vessels and joint law enforcement, constantly improve the standardization level and effectiveness of sand pipe work, take the special law enforcement action of "Blue Shield-Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day" as an opportunity, continue to increase the frequency of law enforcement in key waters, expand the coverage of law enforcement, and use "civil air defense + technical defense". Effectively crack down on the occurrence of illegal sand mining, and earnestly guard the clear water of the river.
