On July 14, Zhang Hong, a second-level investigator of the River and Lake Management Office of the Water Resources Department of Anhui Province, went to the Third Law Enforcement Brigade of the Water Administration Supervision Detachment of the Yangtze River Bureau to investigate the management of sand mining, accompanied by Wu Chen, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Yangtze River Bureau.
The research team went into the conference room of the three law enforcement brigades and listened in detail to the work report of the leaders of the three brigades on the management of sand mining in the Yangtze River within their jurisdiction. The research team highly affirmed the achievements of the three law enforcement brigades in the management of sand mining in the Yangtze River, and put forward specific requirements for the three brigades to carry out sand mining management in the future.
The research group requests that, first, we should give full play to the leading role of Party building and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, so that the work has a direction and a goal, carry out fine management from point to area, and promote the implementation of various measures in detail; Secondly, we should further change our work style, strictly enforce work discipline, consolidate work responsibilities, strive to improve the overall quality and image of the law enforcement team with strict standards and high requirements, build a high-level law enforcement team with "firm politics, good work style, strict discipline, honesty and pragmatism", and effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of law enforcement work; Thirdly, we should strengthen duty, strictly implement the system of leadership and 24-hour duty, make full use of the means of "civil air defense + technical defense" to increase the frequency of inspection of key river sections and sensitive waters, and severely crack down on illegal sand mining in the Yangtze River.
