Anhui Xuancheng Yuesheng Building Materials Factory Annual Output of 3 Million Tons of Fine Machine-made Sand Project Environmental Approval Announcement

On May 29, the Ecological Environment Sub-bureau of Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province approved the environmental impact report form of the project of Xuancheng Yuesheng Building Materials Factory with an annual output of 3 million tons of high-quality machine-made sand.

Construction Project Overview: This project is C3039 Other Building Materials Manufacturing. According to the Guiding Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 edition) (2021 revision), this project does not belong to the restricted category and the elimination category. According to the Guiding Catalogue for the Adjustment of Industrial Structure of Anhui Province (2007), the current Project is neither restricted nor eliminated. Compared with the Negative List of Market Access (2022 Edition), this project does not belong to the prohibited and permitted items in the Negative List of Market Access, but to the permitted items. At the same time, this project has been approved by Xuanzhou District Development and Reform Commission, with the project number of 2202-341802 -04-01-345905. Therefore, this project meets the requirements of national and local industrial policies.

Waste gas: The emission of particulate matter during the operation period of this project is subject to the emission limit and unorganized emission monitoring concentration limit requirements of the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB 16297-1996).

Noise: The noise during the construction period shall comply with the Emission Standard for Environmental Noise for Boundary of Construction Site (GB 12523-2011). The noise during the operation period shall comply with the Class 2 standard of the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary (GB12348-2008).

Solid waste: the general industrial solid waste of the project is stored in accordance with the requirements of the Standard for Pollution Control on Storage and Landfill of General Industrial Solid Waste (GB18599-2020), and the temporary storage of hazardous solid waste is in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Standard for Pollution Control on Storage of Hazardous Waste (GB18597-2023).
