On August 23, Huafeng Mine of Anhui Zhongchi New Materials Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the safety production license, marking the completion of the construction of mine safety facilities and taking a key step in the formal production. In January

2022, Zhongchi New Material Company, funded by Transportation Resources Company, successfully won the mining right of Huafeng Mine, which is located in Dongzhi County, Chizhou City, Anhui Province, with a total reserve of nearly 140 million tons and a design capacity of 9 million tons per year. The products mainly radiate to Dongzhi area, cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui, cities along the Yangtze River in southern Jiangsu and Shanghai area. As the first mining site laid out by Communications Group in Anhui area, the mine has attracted much attention from all sides with its superior location advantages, advanced production technology and good parent rock quality.

Since the successful competition of mining sites, with the strong support and guidance of Zhejiang Transportation Group and Transportation Resources Group, through concerted efforts of various parties, a series of administrative approval and policy processing problems, such as soil and water conservation, forest land approval, capital construction permission, have been successively overcome, and mining rights license processing, forest land approval and safety facilities have been successively completed. The capital construction approval was obtained on February 12, 2023. In order to ensure that the policy processing and construction quality meet the acceptance requirements, the company strengthens close communication and cooperation with the local government and villages, continuously conquers the key and difficult work of opening up transport roads and dump construction, invites relevant functional departments and industry experts to "consult the pulse" on the spot for many times, and constantly rectifies and improves the safety according to the design requirements. Finally, it took only 6 days to successfully complete the application for the safety production license.

In the next step, Zhongchi Company will focus on water and soil conservation, environmental protection acceptance and other policy processing work, vigorously and orderly promote the construction of production lines to ensure that the project passes the comprehensive acceptance smoothly, and at the same time, continue to do the work of safety production carefully, practically and well, and constantly promote the level of mine safety management to a higher level, so as to escort the early production.
