From February 16 to 22, in order to ensure the stability and controllability of the management order of sand mining in the Yangtze River during the National "Two Sessions", the Yangtze River Bureau of Anhui Province dispatched an inspection team to visit the management of sand mining in the Yangtze River in the cities along the Yangtze River.
The inspection team went to the law enforcement bases of the districts and counties along the Yangtze River to check the on-duty and video surveillance inspections, checked the inspection records, inquired about the recent on-duty arrangements for sand mining management, and went to the provincial sand mining management brigade in the way of eating, living and working together to carry out law enforcement inspections with the front-line team members and crack down on illegal sand mining.
The inspection team stressed that first, we should further improve our political standing, tighten our management responsibilities, fully recognize the importance of doing a good job in sand mining management, resolutely overcome paralysis and lax thinking, earnestly strengthen action consciousness, and strictly prevent the rebound of illegal sand mining activities in the Yangtze River; Secondly, we should further strengthen the on-duty work, effectively implement the leadership and 24-hour on-duty system, comprehensively use the means of "civil air defense + technical defense", strengthen inspection and supervision, achieve timely detection, rapid action and precise strike, and continue to maintain a high-pressure and severe crackdown on illegal sand mining; Thirdly, we should further strengthen safety awareness, implement safety production measures, ensure personal safety, strengthen knowledge learning of laws and regulations, carry out honest and clean government warning education, prevent law enforcement risks, enhance law enforcement efficiency, and build an efficient and honest law enforcement team for sand mining management in the Yangtze River.
