潜力巨大!水泥行业绿氨燃料的使用能否100%替代煤炭?

在交流中得知,氨是一种以氢为基础的无碳化合物。氢难以储存、易燃易爆,作为储氢介质的氨燃点高且同体积下液氨所含氢元素是液氢的1.6倍,可解决氢能难以大规模储运的瓶颈,是目前全球最热门的无碳可循环燃料。

近日,工业和信息化部、国家发展改革委、生态环境部联合印发《工业领域碳达峰实施方案》。要求通过资源高效循环利用降低工业领域碳排放,鼓励有条件的地区利用可再生能源制氢,优化煤化工、合成氨、甲醇等原料结构,推动低碳原料替代。

水泥是碳排放量巨大且最难减排的工业部门之一,其二氧化碳排放量占全球人为二氧化碳排放量的8-9%,主要来源就是石灰石煅烧和燃料使用。故而,通过替代燃料减煤降碳已成为水泥行业当前重要的减排方式,其中可工业化生产、可循环的绿氨燃料作为新兴替代燃料能否担当水泥行业脱碳大任?

“在水泥行业应用上,绿氨是一种理论上完全有可能全部替代煤炭的无碳燃料。”厦门大学氢氨燃料工程实验室研究员朱维源在与中国水泥网交流时表示,但是目前由于绿氨制造成本高,全部替代煤炭经济性不高。未来随着绿氨燃料产能的大量释放,绿氨燃料的使用成本将会逐步接近煤炭,建议水泥企业可以根据降碳任务和经济性考虑,逐步增加使用比例。

据了解,绿氨燃料作为水泥生产的替代燃料已应用于东华水泥5000吨熟料生产线。朱维源透露,通过第一阶段的改造,该项目实现了6%的煤炭替代,同时还把水泥生产过程中产生的氮氧化物降到了50mg以下。通过下一阶段的改造预计将实现煤炭替代率达20%。
