3. Main tasks

By 2030, the total installed capacity of wind power and solar power will reach more than 80 million kilowatts.

3. Accelerate the R & D, demonstration and industrial application of diversified energy storage technologies and equipment. We will actively promote the planning and construction of pumped storage power station projects, and by 2025, the installed capacity of pumped storage power stations under construction will reach about 3 million kilowatts. Speed up the construction of wind and solar hydrogen storage multi-energy integration demonstration base in northern Shaanxi. 4. Focusing on energy-using equipment such as motors, fans, pumps, industrial boilers, compressors, transformers and heat exchangers, we will comprehensively upgrade the energy efficiency standards for energy-using equipment. (3) Promoting the carbon peak and green transformation of the industrial system.

We will focus on coal and electricity, coal chemicals, petrochemicals, iron and steel, nonferrous metals, building materials and other major carbon-emitting industries, eliminate backward production capacity in coke (semi-coke), magnesium smelting, cement and other industries in accordance with the law and regulations, continue to reduce excess capacity, and promote green and low-carbon development of traditional industries. Strengthen power demand side management and improve the level of industrial electrification. We will expand green environmental protection strategic emerging industries, promote the quality and efficiency of new generation information technology, new materials, new energy, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, green environmental protection and other strategic emerging industries, and focus on building key industrial chains such as CNC machine tools and aviation. Guided by breaking through the key core technologies of "sticking neck", we should innovate and realize the industrialization of advanced fields such as integrated circuits, photons and high-precision CNC machine tools, and actively lay out new future industries such as artificial intelligence, hydrogen energy, future communication technology, Beidou navigation, life and health. We will vigorously develop green low-carbon materials and promote carbon reduction throughout the life cycle of products. Strengthen the role of informatization in reducing carbon and increasing efficiency in the industrial field, actively promote qualified enterprises to carry out intelligent transformation such as equipment core replacement, production line replacement, machine replacement, and build a number of green parks, intelligent chemical plants and digital workshops.

2. To improve the access threshold of coal chemical projects, new coal chemical projects must meet the domestic and international advanced level of technology, equipment and energy efficiency on the premise of meeting the relevant national planning, energy consumption intensity and carbon emission intensity control requirements. We will increase R & D and demonstration of key technologies in the field of coal chemical industry, break through technical bottlenecks such as large-scale engineering of continuous pyrolysis of pulverized coal and coal-to-aromatics, and strive to promote Yushen Modern Coal Chemical Industry Demonstration Zone to become a high-end development agglomeration zone, a diversified development value-added zone and a low-carbon development pioneer zone of modern coal chemical industry. From the perspective of the whole industry chain, we should systematically carry out energy saving and carbon reduction work, strengthen the coordination of the industry chain, and build a carbon control system for the whole process. Optimize the distribution of productive forces, promote the merger and reorganization of iron and steel enterprises, enhance the concentration of iron and steel industry in Hancheng and Mianxian, and promote carbon emission reduction from the whole process of energy utilization, raw material use, process optimization, equipment renewal and transportation mode. Encourage the co-production of steel and coke, promote the integration of steel and coke, improve the utilization efficiency of steel by-products, and build a circular economy industrial chain of iron and steel. 7. Strengthen the management of resource intensity such as energy, water and land use for construction projects. (4) Accelerating the green and low-carbon development of urban and rural construction.

Inherit the characteristics of cave dwellings in northern Shaanxi, Xiazi tile-roofed houses in Guanzhong and Qinba dwellings in southern Shaanxi, and promote the construction of low-carbon and livable demonstration farm houses.
