a gypsum board production line, which mainly comprises a biomass fuel gypsum calciner heat supply system and a biomass fuel preparation, storage and addition system.

By using the biomass special calcining kiln, the heat exchanger special for automatic ash removal and the biomass fuel preparation, storage and addition system, the biomass fuel can be completely utilized as the heat supply energy, and the stability of the running speed, the product quality and the startup rate of the gypsum board production line after the fuel is replaced is realized. This technology is in the leading position in the domestic gypsum board industry. The sulfur content of

biomass fuel is less than or equal to 0.05%, which is much lower than sulfur content of coal which is less than or equal to 0.4%, and the emission of sulfur dioxide is reduced by about 87.5%, which can also effectively reduce the cost of environmental protection treatment.

At present, 50 coal-fired gypsum board production lines of Beixin Building Materials have achieved different proportions of biomass fuel addition, of which a single production line has achieved a maximum of 100% use of biomass fuel.

According to statistics, Beixin Building Materials will use 367,000 tons of biomass fuel in 2022, equivalent to replacing 185,000 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 481,000 tons, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions by 1357.8 tons, and saving about 54.5 million yuan compared with coal costs. The promotion of

biomass fuel plays a role in adjusting the energy structure, alleviating the contradiction between energy supply and demand, reducing pollutant emissions, reducing carbon emissions, and is conducive to the protection of the ecological environment. It is of great significance for the gypsum board and other building materials industries to achieve the goal of "carbon neutralization, carbon peak" energy saving and emission reduction formulated by the state and to build a conservation-oriented society.
