Focus on key areas such as comprehensive atmospheric control, industrial water saving, comprehensive utilization of tailings and comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, promote the interconnection of green manufacturing industries, policy exchange, resource sharing, platform co-construction and scene sharing in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and build a green development ecosphere of manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with cross-border integration and symbiosis. Regularly organize green industry docking activities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and encourage enterprises to actively participate in various technical exchange activities. 5. Organization and implementation

(1) Strengthen overall coordination. Implement the overall deployment of the provincial carbon peak and carbon neutralization work leading group on the work related to carbon peak, study important issues as a whole, and formulate major policies. We will strengthen coordination among the departments of industry and information technology, development and reform, science and technology, finance, ecological environment, housing and urban and rural construction, transportation, commerce, market supervision, finance and statistics, so as to form a policy synergy and timely dispatch the progress of carbon peak work in the industrial sector. (2) Strengthen the implementation of responsibilities. The relevant departments of the province should carry out the key tasks according to the division of functions. In light of the actual industrial development in the region and in accordance with this plan, the municipalities have worked out relevant plans for the region, put forward practical and feasible carbon peak timetables, road maps and construction drawings, defined work objectives, key tasks and peak paths, increased support for the green and low-carbon transformation of industry, and earnestly completed the work of industrial carbon peak in the region. Relevant implementation is included in the provincial supervision of ecological environment protection. State-owned enterprises should formulate and implement carbon peak schemes, implement tasks and measures, carry out major technological demonstrations and play a leading role in light of their own reality. Small and medium-sized enterprises should raise environmental awareness, strengthen information disclosure of carbon emission reduction, actively adopt advanced and applicable technologies, and accelerate green and low-carbon transformation. Establish a carbon peak assessment mechanism in the industrial field, organize annual assessment and evaluation, commend and reward regions, units and individuals with outstanding results according to regulations, and implement notification, criticism and interview accountability according to regulations for regions and departments that fail to complete their tasks. (3) Create a strong atmosphere. Give full play to the role of industry associations, scientific research institutes, standardization organizations, industrial alliances and other institutions, and make full use of various media to organize different levels and forms of carbon peak laws, regulations, policies and standards publicity activities. Strengthen the training of low-carbon related technical personnel in universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises, and establish and improve a multi-level personnel training system. Give full play to the exemplary and leading role of advanced and typical green manufacturing, organize activities such as case release, supply and demand docking, technology promotion, experience exchange and business training, share the working mode and management effect of green development, enhance the consciousness of green manufacturing action of enterprises, and form a good atmosphere for green development.
