Under the background of "waste-free city" construction, cement kiln co-disposal is an important layout of green and low-carbon development of cement industry, as well as an important means to reduce environmental pollution and promote economic cycle. In September 2022, in order to adapt to the new development situation of the cement industry, Fengkai Huarun invested 65 million yuan to start the construction of a co-disposal alternative fuel project. The project produces heat energy by burning textile waste to replace part of raw coal, which not only solves the problem of textile waste disposal, but also reduces the energy consumption of enterprises. It is understood that the project will serve three production lines, which is expected to dispose of 120000 tons of textile waste annually, save about 89000 tons of coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 182000 tons.

In addition to the traditional emission reduction path, Fengkai Huarun also actively explores the synergy of products and emission reduction. Its extended autoclaved aerated concrete slab project is based on tailings waste as raw material, with an annual output of 1.6 million square meters, which can absorb all the 100000 tons of tailings produced annually by Fengkai Dayai Mine and realize "turning waste into treasure". At the same time, the project will also build a 100,000-ton carbon capture and utilization demonstration line, which will transport carbon dioxide from the clinker kiln to the plate workshop through pipelines, so as to realize the capture and utilization of carbon dioxide. The

cement industry is the key industry of the "14th Five-Year Plan" ultra-low emission transformation. According to the national standard, the emission standard of nitrogen oxides from kiln tail gas in cement industry is 320 mg/m3, while the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides from Fengkai Huarun is basically controlled below 180 mg/m3. At present, the company has completed the technical transformation of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides in two production lines, and the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides has been further reduced from 180 mg/m3 to less than 50 mg/m3. By 2025, the company will complete the transformation of six production lines.

Exploring the "photovoltaic" path

Under the situation of rising coal prices, increasing costs and compressing profits, making full use of photovoltaic power generation can not only achieve the goal of carbon emission reduction, but also save electricity costs. On the basis of the original low-temperature waste heat power generation of cement kilns, Fengkai Huarun has built photovoltaic power generation projects by utilizing the idle space in the factory area and living area. 2022, Fengkai Huarun invested more than 40 million yuan to build a 10.5 MW distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power station, which was put into operation in November 2022. It can generate 11 million kWh of electricity throughout the year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 6400 tons, and produce great value in economic benefits and environmental protection.

With the installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panels, after absorbing solar energy, the solar energy is continuously converted into green electricity, and Fengkai Huarun begins to become "full of electricity", which truly achieves win-win economic and ecological benefits.
