The announcement shows that Matangzi Photovoltaic Power Generation Project obtained the EIA approval of Guangnan Branch of Wenshan Ecological Environment Bureau on December 21, 2023, and started construction in January 2024. According to the original approval content, the total floor area of the project is about 67. However, when some photovoltaic field land is leased, it is impossible to reach a lease agreement with the villagers who own the land, so the project land is changed. Guangnan Huineng Sailafu New Energy Co., Ltd. has adjusted the scope of land use according to the actual situation, cancelled the 35.84hm2 land that can not be rented at present, and re-selected the site outside the original scope of land use . After the change of the project, the main construction nature and scale of the project are consistent with the original EIA and have not changed. Up to now, a total of 5 photovoltaic arrays (8 photovoltaic arrays after this change and integration) have been basically completed, including 6 # -8 # (now changed to 8 # -13 #), 12 # -13 # (now changed to 14 # -15 #) within the scope of land that can continue to be used in the photovoltaic array area approved by the original EIA. Hunan 70MW Photovoltaic Project Approval Decision Announcement
On June 18, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province issued the "Announcement on the Proposed Approval Decision on the Environmental Impact Assessment Document of the Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Major Changes) in Xiaojia Town (Niutouwan Village and Niuling Village) of Qiyang City".
The project is located in Xiaojia Town, Qiyang City, Yongzhou City. The photovoltaic area covers an area of 1,031,464 ㎡, with a total investment of 363.99 million yuan and an installed capacity of 70 MW . 150,332 pieces of 615Wp monocrystalline N-type double-sided double-glass modules are designed and installed. The construction unit of the
project is Qiyang Yuedian New Energy Co., Ltd. The company is a holding subsidiary of Guangdong Electric Power A , a listed company of Guangdong Energy Group .
On June 18, the Luoding Branch of the Ecological Environment Bureau of Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, announced the approval decision on the environmental impact assessment document of the 100MW photovoltaic composite project in Luoding City. The 100MW photovoltaic composite project
in Luoding City is located in Pingtang Town and Jinji Town of Luoding City.The project obtained the environmental assessment approval from Yunfu Ecological Environment Bureau in 2021, and the approved construction scale is 100MWp installed capacity . However, due to the obstruction of the leased land during the construction process, the scope and location of the photovoltaic field area were adjusted, and the actual construction capacity was adjusted to 65.
At present, the photovoltaic field area and 35kV collector line have been completed and put into operation, and this EIA belongs to the supplementary EIA procedures . The construction unit of the
above project is Luoding Yueao Huarong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Equity penetration shows that the company is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation .
Datang Jiangsu 60 MW Photovoltaic Project was announced
on June 17 before approval. According to the "Datang Yixing Yangxiang Phase II (60 MW) released by the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Yixing City, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, the project is located in Chengdian Village, Yangxiang Town, Yixing City, with a land area of 9984 ㎡, of which the total construction area of Phase II is about 283 ㎡. The construction unit of the project is Datang (Wuxi) Integrated Energy Service Co., Ltd.
The land area is 3,938,186.
The nominal capacity of the project is 200MW , and the DC side capacity is 251.
The construction unit of this project is China Nuclear Intelligent Investment (Qian'an) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Guizhou 100MW Photovoltaic Project Acceptance Announcement
On June 16, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Anshun City, Guizhou Province issued the Acceptance Announcement of Shayingweili Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County. The
content shows that the project is located in Pogong Town and Dingyun Street of Guanling County, adopting the mode of "agricultural planting + photovoltaic power generation", with a land area of 79.39 H (about 1190.85 mu), a total investment of 400 million yuan and a construction period of 8 months. The total installed capacity is 100MW (DC side 130).
The construction unit of the project is Lianxin Energy Development Co., Ltd. of Guanling Autonomous County.
State Energy Group Jiangxi 100MW Photovoltaic Project Change Announcement! The environmental impact assessment document of the
project has been approved in February 2022. The project is located in Xiasi Village, Wanger Town, Qianshan County, Shangrao City, covering an area of 1568.96 mu. The installed capacity is 100.
The major change of the project is to transfer part of the photovoltaic site of the original project, Xiasi Village, Wang'er Town, to the construction of Xiasi Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project in Longyuan Shangrao Qianshan. Five new plots have been added, including the tea garden plot in the industrial park, the reclamation plot in Wang'er Town, the nursery plot in Wang'er Town, the nursery plot in Yangjian Village and the plot beside the Yangjian Village Management Committee, with an additional area of 194.51 mu, totaling 1778.47 mu, and the installation capacity has been reduced.
