The first batch of equipment, including plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) main equipment and its automation equipment, is the core equipment for heterojunction cell production, which will help Shanghai Electric produce high-efficiency, high-power and high-reliability heterojunction cells and components. According to
the data, on June 15, the signing ceremony of Shanghai Electric Photovoltaic Industry Investment Project and the founding ceremony of Shanghai Electric Group Hengxi Photovoltaic Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. were held in Haimen. The first phase of the industry plans to produce 4.8G W high-efficiency HJT batteries and components, and the first phase of the industry plans to produce 1.2G W batteries and components in Haimen, Nantong.
