On November 24, the Development and Reform Commission of Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, issued the announcement of legal person optimization (the second time) of Bazhong Nanjiang Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project (Phase I).
The announcement information shows that the total investment of the project is about 1.2 billion yuan, and the construction site is located in Yunding Town, Xialiang Town, Zhengzhi Town, Hongguang Town, Changchi Town and other townships in Nanjiang County, Bazhong City. It is incorporated into Sichuan Power Grid for consumption . The project is
required to be filed with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Energy Bureau within 3 months after the completion of the optimization (calculated from the date when the People's Government of Nanjiang County signs the investment agreement with the selected enterprise); the project shall be started within 6 months after the filing.
The project requires that the declaring enterprise or the parent company at the highest level should have the performance of developing, constructing and operating photovoltaic power generation projects with a total installed capacity of 200000 kilowatts or more in China, and the total assets should be 10 billion yuan or more. The deadline for submission of
application documents (in paper form) is 10:00 a.m. on December 8, 2025, at Room 821, 8/F, No.6, Chaoyang Section, Guangwushan Avenue, Nanjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province (Development and Reform Bureau of Nanjiang County Party and Government Center), and the application documents with cover seal and perforation seal shall be submitted on the spot.
It is worth noting that this is the second time that the project has initiated legal person optimization.
Earlier, on November 21, the Development and Reform Commission of Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, announced the termination of the legal person optimization of the Bazhong Nanjiang Agricultural and Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project (Phase I). The reason is that after the bid closing of the first optimization on November 21, 2025, the expert group conducted a compliance review on the declaration materials of the three enterprises participating in the legal person optimization, and found that the declaration materials of the three enterprises were not in conformity with the validity and integrity, and now decided to terminate the relevant work.
