On August 5, the Development and Reform Bureau of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, issued a notice on the removal of the project record information of the "Guandu District State Investment Building Roof Distributed Photovoltaic Project " and the invalidation of its investment record certification documents.
The announcement shows that on April 30, 2024, Kunming Power Distribution Co., Ltd. filed the "Guandu District State Investment Building Roof Distributed Photovoltaic Project " through the online approval and supervision platform for investment projects in Yunnan Province. Due to the company's own reasons, the project has not started construction since the filing, the company applied in writing on August 5 this year to cancel the "Guandu District State Investment Building Roof Distributed Photovoltaic Project" project filing.
According to relevant laws and regulations, the Development and Reform Bureau of Guandu District removed the project filing information on the Yunnan Provincial Investment Project Reproduction Approval and Supervision Platform, and its investment filing certificate was invalid.
Previously, on April 1 this year, the Guandu District Development and Reform Commission also removed the project record information and investment record certification documents of the " Distributed Photovoltaic Project in the Southern Administrative Center of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province". On December 30,
2024, Beijing Low Carbon Smart City Technology Co., Ltd. of China Construction Science and Technology Group filed the "Distributed Photovoltaic Project in the Southern Administrative Center of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province". Due to the company's own reasons, the company abandoned the project construction, and on March 28 this year, the company applied in writing to cancel the project filing of "Distributed Photovoltaic Project in the Southern Administrative Center of Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province".
