Recently, Akers Network Reporting Platform issued a statement on Shaya County's photovoltaic sand control project, saying that recently, some netizens spread on the network platform that "Shaya County has 5G W photovoltaic indicators to find capital." The formal invitation letter can be issued, and the road will be paid in batches after all the procedures are completed, and the road fee will be 7 cents, which has aroused concern. After verification by the Shaya County Development and Reform Commission, the information is a rumor .
Shaya County Development and Reform Commission said in the information note that,
first, Shaya County has not issued any official channel "5G W photovoltaic indicators" related planning or approval documents, the information is purely false and fabricated information;
2. Shaya County strictly regulates the examination and approval management of new energy projects, and there is no legal situation of "road" transaction and "road fee" collection. Photovoltaic sand control project indicators are implemented through the formal approval process, and it is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to collect fees in the name of "transfer indicators" and "agency procedures". Online transmission of "7 cents road fee" is a typical fraud.
3. Shaya County Photovoltaic Sand Control Project strictly follows the principle of "openness, fairness and impartiality", only for qualified central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and powerful private enterprises, and releases information through official investment promotion meetings and public resources trading platforms. There is no private "looking for management" and "sending invitations" to lock in projects , let alone "paying road fees" as a prerequisite for cooperation.
Shaya County Development and Reform Commission said that all acts of false publicity, false bidding, collection of road fees and deposits in the name of "Shaya County Photovoltaic Sand Control Project" are illegal .

In recent years, many illegal elements in China have committed fraudulent activities in the name of fictitious photovoltaic project investment, project subcontracting and business cooperation, and Xinjiang is the hardest hit area of such cases. With its unique light and land resources,
Xinjiang has become a national key photovoltaic project construction base, as well as a strategic core area for the construction of the national "Shagohuang" large-scale new energy base. A large number of large-scale photovoltaic projects have been centralized in the local area, attracting a large number of investors and construction teams to seek business opportunities for cooperation.
In this context, many criminals use the "high return expectation" of local photovoltaic project construction as bait to commit fraud. Here we remind investors to pay attention to the overall adjustment of the project, carefully verify the authenticity and reliability of the project, and beware of being deceived before engaging in and participating in local project cooperation. At the same time, we should not trust all kinds of speculative shortcuts and avoid "penny-wise and pound-foolish".
