first, Shaya County has not issued any official channel "5G W photovoltaic indicators" related planning or approval documents, the information is purely false and fabricated information;
2. Shaya County strictly regulates the examination and approval management of new energy projects, and there is no legal situation of "road" transaction and "road fee" collection.
