On December 28, the Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission issued its review opinions on the energy-saving report of Trina Solar (Dongtai) Technology Co., Ltd. on the annual output of 10g W photovoltaic modules. It is reported
that the project, with a total investment of 3.526 billion yuan , is located in the first phase of Xinte Industrial Park, Dongtai City, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of about 198527 . It has obtained the project record certificate issued by Dongtai Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau on June 26 , 2023.
Data show that Trina Solar Energy (Dongtai) Photoelectric Co., Ltd. was established in May 2023, is a modern enterprise specializing in photovoltaic equipment and components manufacturing, photovoltaic equipment and components sales.

We have received the Request for Instructions on Energy-saving Report of the Project with Annual Output of 10GW Photovoltaic Modules (YFGZ [2023] No.259). After review, the specific opinions are as follows:
The energy conservation report of the project is approved in principle. The project code is 2306-320981 -89-01-253678, and the construction site is located in the north of East Second Road, south of G344 National Highway and west of Zhandong Road, Dongtai Economic Development Zone, Yancheng City. After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual consumption of electric power 14876 will be 0.000 kW • H, natural gas will be 109,400 m3, fresh water will be 434,000 t, and the annual comprehensive energy consumption will be 0.2 TCE (equivalent value) 18411.
This review opinion shall be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.
