The announcement shows that the total capacity of the project is estimated to be 2500MWp . This tender is a framework procurement, and the planned allocation period of the framework agreement is from the date of signing the contract to June 30, 2026.
The project is divided into two bid sections, bid section 1 is the procurement of N-type conventional components , and bid section 2 is the procurement of N-type high-efficiency components . The performance qualification requirements of the
project for bidders are 2024 or 2025, and the cumulative domestic contract performance of photovoltaic modules in a single natural year is not less than 2.5GW. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents and the time for bid opening are 10 o'clock on November 18, 2025.
On that day, At the same time, the Three Gorges Group also issued the project announcement of centralized procurement of photovoltaic fixed bracket frame (the first batch) in 2026 and the tender announcement of centralized procurement of photovoltaic inverter frame (the first batch) in 2026.
Among them, the bidding scope for centralized procurement of photovoltaic inverter framework is 300-400 kW string inverters and their ancillary equipment required for photovoltaic projects affiliated to the Three Gorges Group, which are not divided into bidding sections. The total capacity to be procured is estimated to be 3GW . The Bidder shall provide technical services such as auxiliary devices, spare parts, special tools and on-site installation and commissioning guidance necessary for the normal operation of the string inverter and its equipment that meet the requirements. The procurement scope of the centralized procurement bidding project for
photovoltaic fixed support frame is the fixed non-adjustable photovoltaic support (excluding fixed adjustable and tracking support and flexible support) required by the photovoltaic power generation projects of the project units of the Three Gorges Group, which is not divided into bidding sections. It is estimated that the total purchasing capacity is 2.5g W and the weight is about 100,000 tons . The Bidder shall provide the fixed support and auxiliary equipment, spare parts, special tools and supporting services that meet the project requirements.
The bidder's performance requirements are from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding, with sales performance of 3GW and above photovoltaic brackets. It also requires that there be no loss for two consecutive years in the past three years (2022, 2023 and 2024). The bidding of the above
three projects is framework procurement, and the planned allocation period of the framework agreement is from the date of signing the contract to 30 June 2026. The deadline for submission of bidding documents and the time for bid opening are 10 o'clock on November 18, 2025, and the consortium is not allowed to bid .
