The announcement shows that the annual production of 10g W high-efficiency N-type photovoltaic cells and components project (Phase I) will further accelerate the development of the company's new energy business sector, which is in line with the company's development strategy of transformation and upgrading. It is reported that Anhui Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Chuzhou on July 14, 2022. The company has a top R & D and operation team in the industry. The first phase of the project covers 256 mu and the second phase covers 214 mu. Xuhe Science and Technology Phase I Project will start construction of 10g W ultra-high efficiency N-type crystalline silicon battery and component production capacity in December 2022.
In addition, Xuhe Qingneng, a second-level subsidiary of Lanfeng Biochemical Holdings, intends to set up a third-level subsidiary , Anhui Xuyao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Abbreviated as "Anhui Xuyao") , Chaoyang Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, abbreviated as "Chaoyang Xuhe"), and Baicheng Xuyao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Abbreviated as "Baicheng Xuyao"), with registered capital of RMB 5 million, RMB 1 million and RMB 10 million respectively.
