Shandong Dongying Kenli 1 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project was successfully held in Dongying Guangli Port. The project is the largest offshore photovoltaic project in the world and will play an important role in the green and low-carbon transformation and development of Shandong's energy.
Dongying Kenli 1 million kilowatt offshore photovoltaic project is located in Laizhou Bay, Dongying City, and the site center is 8 kilometers away from the coast. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual power generation will be 1.78 billion kWh, which is equivalent to reducing the consumption of standard coal by 594500 tons and reducing the emission of carbon dioxide by 1.441 million tons. The
construction task of the project is heavy, the construction is difficult, the construction period is tight, and it faces multiple technical challenges such as anti-corrosion and anti-floating ice. The project team abandoned the traditional design ideas and concepts, boldly explored and innovated, and the construction plan was demonstrated by experts from all sides, which will reduce the number of offshore pile foundations and platforms, and lay a solid foundation for the overall safe and reliable promotion of the project and the creation of high-quality projects.
