On November 1, Xinrui Optoelectronics 10GW High Efficiency Battery, Pengfei New Energy 20GW Silicon Wafer and Meilin New Material 50GW Diamond Wire Project were put into operation and the opening ceremony of Xinlinfei Group Headquarters Building was held in Gaoyou Jingkai District, Jiangsu Province. It is understood that the total investment of the three projects is about 12.5 billion yuan, and the annual invoice sales are expected to reach more than 18.5 billion yuan.
Xinrui Optoelectronics, which belongs to Xinlinfei Group, was founded in October 2022, and soon announced the construction of a new high-efficiency photovoltaic cell project with an annual output of 12 GW in Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, of which 10 GW is the most mainstream TOPCon cell at home and abroad. 2GW is a HJT battery with great potential, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan. On January 31, 2023, the Xinrui Photoelectric Project was officially started.
Pengfei New Energy 20GW Silicon Wafer Project was jointly invested by Xinlinfei Group and Shuangliang Group, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, and was launched on July 14. The total investment
of Meilin New Material 50GW Diamond Wire Project is about 500 million yuan, and the first phase of equipment investment is more than 200 million yuan, which can form an annual production capacity of 50GW Diamond Wire and achieve annual invoice sales of more than 500 million yuan.
Xinlinfei Group originated in 2008 and has been deeply engaged in the field of photovoltaic new energy for more than ten years. It has built nine production bases in Yangzhou, Gaoyou, Suqian, Jiangyin and other places in Jiangsu Province, and invested in more than ten subsidiaries such as Xinrui Optoelectronics, Zhonghuan Semiconductor, Xinlinfei (Yangzhou) Photovoltaic, Zhonghuan Aineng, Jingwang New Energy and Hongrun Optoelectronics. Its business covers the R & D and production of monocrystalline silicon slices, large-size monocrystalline cells and large-size high-efficiency modules, as well as the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants downstream of the industry. The subordinate companies of the Group have assembled to form a vertically integrated and fully covered industrial layout. By the end of 2023, the company's production capacity of chips will reach 65 GW, the production capacity of high-efficiency cells will exceed 26 GW, and the production capacity of components will reach 6 GW.
