On November 1, Tianfu Energy issued a notice on the extension of the project. The announcement shows that the company intends to postpone the time for the "Tianfu 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Shihezi 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic base project in northern Xinjiang of the Corps" to reach the scheduled usable state from September 30, 2023 to December 31, 2023. As for
the reasons for the delay of the project, Tianfu Energy explained in the announcement that due to force majeure factors such as global public health events, the construction operation of the project, the procurement and transportation of major equipment (assembly, support) and the progress of land requisition for photovoltaic collector lines of the above projects were affected to a certain extent. The progress of project implementation is later than expected.
At present, the supporting 220 kilovolt booster station and transmission line project of Tianfu 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic project has been completed and connected to the grid, and the first batch of 936000 kilowatts of photovoltaic generating units have been connected to the grid. According to the implementation progress of the project, the Company intends to postpone the time for the above investment projects to reach the expected usable state to December 31, 2023 under the condition that the implementation subject, the total investment amount of the raised funds and the use of funds remain unchanged. The extension of the
investment project is a prudent decision made by the Company based on objective reasons and the actual situation of the project implementation. It does not change the implementation subject of the investment project, the investment purpose of the raised funds and the total investment amount, and will not have a substantial impact on the implementation of the investment project.
