of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Xingshuaier's "Fitness Project with Annual Output of 2GW High-efficiency Solar Photovoltaic Modules" is located in Changkou New District, Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total investment of the project is 447 million yuan and the construction period is 2 years. The project is constructed by Hangzhou Xingshuaier Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
It is understood that Hangzhou Xingshuaier Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. was established in May 2002 and is a company focusing on R & D, production and sales of various relays. It was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in April 2017.
In 2021, Xingshuaier acquired the shares of Huangshan Fule New Energy Company. The latter is a photovoltaic production enterprise, whose business scope covers the production and sale of photovoltaic modules, the design and installation of solar power plants and distributed power plants, etc. As a result, Star Shuaier formally entered the photovoltaic module market. entering the photovoltaic industry , in July 2022, Xingshuaier also established its own photovoltaic company, Hangzhou Xingshuaier Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd . The company is responsible for the construction of the project with an annual output of 2G W high-efficiency solar photovoltaic modules. Star Shuaier, who has
stepped into the photovoltaic industry, keeps a low profile, but is making money secretly. According to the half year of 2023, Star Shuaier's revenue in the first half of this year was 1.554 billion yuan , an increase of 126.23% over the same period last year ; Net profit attributable to the parent company was 116 million yuan , up 50.78% year on year. Among them, the photovoltaic industry revenue was 1.107 billion yuan , accounting for 71.26% of the revenue . Obviously, the photovoltaic business has become the main source of income for Star Shuaier. As for the growth of performance, Star Shuaier explained that it was due to the expansion of sales in the photovoltaic industry.
