It is understood that on April 18, 2023, Zhongke Gaoyou signed the Investment Agreement with the Management Committee of Gaoyou Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, to invest in the construction of 8g W monocrystalline N-type TOPCon high-efficiency battery project . Among them, the first phase of the project is 4GW, and the total land area of the plant area is about 166.26 mu.
In addition, China Cloud also disclosed in the announcement that the company recently signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Zhiyun New Energy Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Liansu Banhao New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd., and Yangzhou Jingying Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. Cooperation intentions have been reached on silicon wafer procurement, battery sales and cooperation around new energy projects, and specific cooperation matters shall be subject to separate agreements.
