Data show that Zhengtai Xinneng Jiuquan Base was built in 2021, with 2G W high-efficiency crystalline silicon module production line. This year, Zhengtai Xinneng "upgraded" Jiuquan project base and invested another 1.5 billion yuan to expand the production line of 2GW TOPCon high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells to achieve annual production capacity of 2GW high-efficiency components and 2GW high-efficiency cells.
This time, the 2GW TOPCon battery project of Zhengtai Xinneng Jiuquan Base was put into operation, which strongly boosted the demand of photovoltaic business in the northwest of Zhengtai Xinneng. It also helped the company achieve the capacity target of 53GW batteries and 55GW components by the end of 2023.
In addition, in addition to the commissioning ceremony of the second phase 2GW battery, a symposium and signing ceremony of the third phase project of Zhengtai Xinneng Jiuquan Base was held, which marked that the third phase of the project with an annual output of 10GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon battery invested by Zhengtai Xinneng had entered a new stage. The production capacity of Zhengtai Xinneng in Jiuquan will rise again, helping Jiuquan to build an important new energy equipment manufacturing industry base in China.
