On October 8, the annual production project of 5.5G W high-efficiency N-type TopCon photovoltaic modules of Inner Mongolia Huida Yidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation in Dalat Economic Development Zone, Inner Mongolia. It fills the gap of Dalate Banner in the manufacturing of photovoltaic modules.
It is reported that the 5.5G W high-efficiency N-type TopCon photovoltaic module production project is a major new energy project introduced and constructed by Dalate Banner this year. The main leaders of the Banner Committee led a team to Zhejiang on February 3 for investigation and negotiation, and finalized the cooperation agreement on April 13. The total investment of
the project is 1 billion yuan , covering an area of about 275 mu. After putting into operation, the annual output value is about 8 billion yuan, the tax revenue is about 450 million yuan, and more than 800 jobs can be provided. It only took more than five months from the start of construction on April 22 to the formal commissioning on October 8.
The project has also created a "new model" of cooperation between enterprises and localities. It is jointly funded by a state-level high-tech enterprise , New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Huida Energy Group Co., Ltd. , a state-owned enterprise in Dalate Banner. Inner Mongolia Huida Yidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. , the first mixed photovoltaic module manufacturing enterprise in the autonomous region , invested in the construction.
It is reported that Huida Energy Co., Ltd., as a state-owned enterprise of Dalate Banner, has a relatively single way of cooperation with the introduced photovoltaic enterprises, mainly to build "standard land" or build some factories for the introduced enterprises. This time, the Dalat Banner Committee and the Banner Government proposed to broaden their development ideas and cooperate with enterprises by investing in shares.
In this cooperation, Huida Energy is mainly responsible for plant construction and coordination of local high-quality resources, while Yidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for production management and technical control. The two enterprises shared benefits and risks, and completed the transformation from handshake cooperation to hand in hand.
