of Bangjie Yangzhou Base Project is two phases, of which the first phase covers an area of about 400 mu, with a total investment of about 2.6 billion yuan . After putting into operation, it has an annual production capacity of 10GW N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, and the second phase will be launched in July 2023 for the construction of new energy research and development center and supporting high-efficiency photovoltaic modules. of July 21, in order to further improve the strategic layout of the photovoltaic industry of Zhejiang Bangjie Holding Group Co., Ltd. and seize the development opportunities of the photovoltaic industry, the company intends to sign the "High Efficiency Photovoltaic Module and R & D Center Project Investment Agreement" with the Management Committee of Yangzhou Economic Development Zone. Invest in a new project with an annual output of 10g W high-efficiency photovoltaic modules and R & D center, and designate Yangzhou Bangjie Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the project company for the implementation of the above investment. The fixed assets investment of the

project is about 1 billion yuan.

It is reported that this is the first factory built by Bangjie since its transformation into a new energy industry. On December 9,

2022, Bangjie announced that the company invested in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bangjie New Energy Group Co., Ltd. to formally lay out the photovoltaic industry across the border, thus forming a business structure of "seamless clothing + photovoltaic".

At the same time, in order to further promote the landing of the company's photovoltaic business, the company signed the "High Efficiency Photovoltaic Cell Project Investment Agreement" with the Management Committee of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone to invest in the construction of a project with an annual output of 10g W high efficiency photovoltaic cells, with a total planned investment of about 2.6 billion yuan .
