According to public information, Guazhou Baofeng Polysilicon Upstream and Downstream Collaboration Project is developed and operated by Gansu Guazhou Baofeng Silicon Material Development Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of Ningxia Baofeng Group . The total investment of
the project is 39 billion yuan . Among them, the overall planning of photovoltaic materials is to build 350000 tons/year industrial silicon, 300000 tons/year polycrystalline silicon, 50 G W crystal pulling slices and 30 G W battery components . As well as supporting 15GW photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation stations.
Among them, the investment of the first phase of the project is 6,440,724,000 yuan (about 6.441 billion yuan), and the construction scale is 50,000 tons/year polysilicon, 2.5g W/year crystal pulling and 2.5g W/year slicing .

Bureau According to previous media reports, Guazhou Baofeng Polysilicon Upstream and Downstream Collaboration Project is the first large-scale "Three Green Projects" in China. Through the self-built "green power" system integrating wind, light and storage, the
project will innovatively use "green power" to produce polysilicon "green materials", "green materials" to manufacture photovoltaic modules "green equipment", and then use "green equipment" to produce "green power". The green, closed-loop and cluster development of the whole industry chain has created a carbon neutral path of "low energy consumption, low emission and low cost".
