The General Office of the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region recently issued a notice on the employment of college graduates in 2007.
According to the circular, college graduates engaged in self-employment, except for industries restricted by the state, will be exempted from various administrative fees for registration, management and certification within three years from the date of registration by the administrative department for Industry and commerce; For qualified self-employed graduates with insufficient funds for entrepreneurship, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region College Students'Entrepreneurship Office and the Labor and Social Security Department should provide financial support. Graduates can also apply for micro-guaranteed loans from local banks. For low-profit projects, 50% of the loan interest is borne by the government finance.
The circular also said that governments at all levels should provide necessary personnel and labor security agency services for college graduates who are flexibly employed by means of freelance, short-term employment and self-employment, and provide guarantees in household registration management, forms of labor relations, social insurance payment and continuation of insurance relations. < BR >
