Guohua Investment 2023 Second Batch of Photovoltaic Module Equipment Procurement Public Bidding Project
This project has two bidding sections, and the total bidding capacity is estimated to be 2.028 GW . Details are as follows: Guohua Kenli HG14 Offshore Photovoltaic 1GW; Chengde Fengning Wind and Solar Hydrogen Storage 1 million kW Wind and Solar Project; Guohua Xiaowangzhuang Lingcheng Xiaotong 50 MW Photovoltaic Project ; Shaanxi Shenneng Investment Dabaodang 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project; Moyang Feitian Town 70 MW Photovoltaic Generation Project; Guangxi Liugong Park Project (Phase I) 6 projects.
Bid Section 1
Guohua Kenli HG14 Offshore Photovoltaic 1000MW Project is the key project of pile foundation fixed offshore photovoltaic in Shandong Province in 2022. It is located in the sea area of Dongying, Shandong Province, with a central offshore distance of 8km and a planned installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts. The installed capacity of AC side of the project is 1004.8 MW, and the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection is adopted. The installed capacity of DC side is 1322 MWp.
The bidding scope is N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass 570 Wp and above photovoltaic modules required by Guohua HG14 offshore photovoltaic 1000 MW project, with supply capacity not less than 1322MWp. As well as the supply, factory test, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, installation guidance, cooperation in the completion of project scheme optimization, on-site commissioning and testing, participation in trial operation, completion acceptance, etc. Of its supporting components, serial plugs, supporting spare parts and special tools and instruments.

(1) Chengde Fengning Fengguang Hydrogen Storage 1000MW Fengguang Project : The project is located in the northwest of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, with a planned total installed capacity of 1000MW. Including 300 MW wind power and 700 MW photovoltaic power. Photovoltaic DC installed capacity is 840 MWp, and this tender is 420 MWp.
(2) Guohua Xiaowangzhuang Zero Carbon Town 50MW Photovoltaic Project : The project is located in Xiaoxinzhuang Village, Xiaowangzhuang Town, Binhai New Area, Tianjin. The installed capacity on the treatment side of the planned solar power generation project of this project is 54 MWp, and it is planned to install photovoltaic modules on the water surface of pits and ponds in combination with fishery and aquaculture.
(3) Shaanxi Shennengtou Dabaodang 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project : The project is located in Daliuta Town, Shenmu City, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The installed capacity of the DC side of the photovoltaic project in this phase is 119MWp.
(4) 70MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Feitian Town, Leiyang City: The project is located in Feitian Town, Leiyang City, Hengyang City, Hunan Province. The installed capacity on the DC side of the project is 93MW.
(5) Guangxi Liugong Industrial Park Project (Phase I) : The project is located in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is mainly distributed in the plants of Liugong International Industrial Park, Liugong Owim Machinery Co., Ltd. (Yanghe Park), Liuzhou Dongfang Engineering Rubber Products Co., Ltd. (Luowei Park) and Liugong Liuzhou Foundry Co., Ltd. The distributed photovoltaic power generation project is constructed on the roof of the plant, and the total installed capacity of the DC side is about 20 MWp. See Chapter V Supply Requirements for details.
The bidding scope is that the supply capacity of photovoltaic modules of N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass 570Wp and above required by five photovoltaic projects is not less than 686 MWp and the supply capacity of photovoltaic modules of N-type monocrystalline silicon single-sided 570Wp and above is not less than 686 MWp. Supply, factory test, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, installation guidance, cooperation in project scheme optimization, on-site commissioning and test, participation in trial operation, completion acceptance, etc. of 20 MWp and its supporting components, serial plugs, supporting spare parts and special tools and instruments. From July 2020 to the deadline for submission of bids,
the bidder must have at least two supply contracts for photovoltaic modules (570 Wp and above monocrystalline double-sided or monocrystalline double-glass) of 100MW and above. The CQC or CGC or TUV product certification certificate of the solar cell module must be provided (the content of the certificate shall at least include the first page, the certification product page and the certification page that can reflect the model of the bidding product). Hainan Company Energy Sales Company 2023 Photovoltaic Module Equipment Framework Agreement Procurement Public Bidding Project
This project has 2 bid sections. It is planned to purchase N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules of 550Wp and above, with a total capacity of 0.14 GW.
In this tender, Bid Section 1 intends to purchase 100MWp N-type monocrystalline double-sided 550Wp and above photovoltaic modules . Bid Section 2 plans to purchase 40MWp N-type monocrystalline double-sided 650Wp and above photovoltaic modules .
The delivery date shall be 45 days after the signing of the specific project execution contract, and the delivery place shall be mainly in Hainan. From August
