According to the agreement, the two sides will integrate and share resources, combine the technological advantages of Jingdong Science and Technology in cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things and other fields, and the advantages of Sunshine Energy in new power system investment. We will strengthen cooperation in the fields of basic cloud, low-carbon industrial park co-construction, new power energy management EMS system, Beijing Carbon market expansion and energy supply chain.

Sunshine Energy (Wuhu) focuses on new energy power generation and energy storage, adheres to market demand-oriented, takes technological innovation as the driving force for enterprise development, and is committed to the development of photovoltaic new energy market and the layout of future energy storage market.
Up to now, the company has invested in the development of more than 180 photovoltaic power plants in Wuhu, Ma'anshan, Tongling and other places, with partners including Chery, Jingyi Copper, Jiefeng Power, Bertek Automotive Electronics, Zhang Hengchun Pharmaceutical, Da'ao Automotive Products, and more than 30 other projects under construction.
