It can produce more than 180000 cells per day.

In recent years, Xingwen County, Sichuan Province, has seized the "tuyere" for the development of new energy industry, actively integrated into the city's green new energy industry track, and made every effort to develop the photovoltaic industry . At present, the annual output of 7 GW solar cells in Xingwen County has entered the trial production stage, and more than 180000 solar cells can be produced every day.

Recently, the reporter saw in the 7 GW solar cell production workshop of Sichuan Taichuan New Energy Co., Ltd. in Xingwen Jingkai District that technicians and staff were monitoring data and debugging parameters in front of each equipment to ensure the normal and orderly progress of each production link. Shi Xian, director of the process department of

Sichuan Taichuan New Energy Co., Ltd., said: "The whole process of our products goes through 12 subsequent processes, such as texturing, boronizing, SE and oxidation, and finally comes out with finished cells."

At the same time, in order to facilitate production, all workshops adopt 5G intelligent management and advanced mainstream equipment, and all quality inspection, packaging, sorting and transmission are implemented intelligently, which ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the whole manufacturing industry.

It is reported that the annual production project of 7 GW solar cells in Xingwen County, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, covers an area of 239.5 mu, builds 100000 square meters of factory buildings and supporting rooms, and builds 4 production lines of photovoltaic cells with an annual output of 7 G W TOPCon. After full power production, it is expected to achieve annual sales of 7 billion yuan.

To put the steel pipe in the designated construction position, even if you do not want to ask the crane alone, you can also use the "indigenous method" to mount the horse safely. Of course, it is really necessary to use more brains and efforts, but after all, it is safer than forklift trucks using single forks to lift steel pipes!
