On August 23, Huamin announced that Hongxin New Energy, a holding subsidiary, signed the Framework Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Monocrystalline Silicon Wafers with a New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on August 22, 2023. Yidao New Energy and its related parties plan to purchase about 1.36 billion monocrystalline silicon wafers from Hongxin New Energy . The actual sales price is determined by both parties through monthly negotiation. According to the current market price of monocrystalline silicon wafers and the purchase quantity stipulated in the contract, the total contract value is estimated to be 4.4 billion yuan. .
