Zhejiang Aixu Intends to Invest 209.2 Million yuan to Purchase Photovoltaic Cell Equipment from Zhuhai Maikos

On August 5, Aixu announced that in order to meet the production needs of new ABC batteries, it would accelerate the construction of 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Aixu Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Aixu"), a subsidiary of the company, intends to sign the Equipment Purchase Contract with Zhuhai Maikos Automation System Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Maikos") to purchase a total of 30 sets of photovoltaic cell equipment. The total contract amount is 209.2 million yuan (including tax). As Chen Gang, the actual controller of the company, is the actual controller of Maikos in Zhuhai, this transaction constitutes a related transaction between the company and the holding subsidiary of the actual controller.

Aixu Co., Ltd. said that the trough cleaning machine to be purchased by the company is different from the trough cleaning machine purchased from Zhuhai Maikos in the past. The model purchased this time is customized for the 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, which can better adapt to the environmental conditions of Yiwu production base and the design needs of products. As there is no reference for similar finalized equipment in the market and the model is different from that of the equipment purchased by the Company in the past, the pricing of this purchase is based on the production cost and target profit margin of the product, following the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.
