On August 26, Weining County held the commencement ceremony of major projects in the third quarter of 2023 and the second phase production line of Changtong photovoltaic modules. There are 31
major industrial projects with a total investment of 2.992 billion yuan, involving people's livelihood, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, covering key areas such as new industrialization, new urbanization, tourism industrialization and agricultural modernization. Since its landing in Weining in March this year
, Changtong Weining New Energy Industry Project has completed an investment of 270 million yuan and achieved an output value of 520 million yuan. The second phase project of Changtong photovoltaic production line, which is about to start, is planned to invest another 140 million yuan , which is a high-efficiency photovoltaic production line integrating single sheet welding, lamination, testing and other processes, with an estimated annual capacity of 1 GW. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in October, when the annual production capacity of the two automatic production lines in Weining Base of Changtong Road will reach 2G W, with an output value of 3 billion yuan, which will promote local employment of more than 500 people. At the
opening ceremony, the people's government of Weining Autonomous County also signed a cooperation agreement with Yidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. on "New Energy Industry Talents Training and Export Base". The two sides will combine Weining's abundant human resources advantages with the industrial advantages of Yidao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, and build Weining into a new energy industry talent training and export base. The national base of Yidao New Energy will provide 3000 jobs for university graduates in Weining, and jointly cultivate green equipment manufacturing industry workers.
According to the cooperation agreement, Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and Trade and Weining Secondary Vocational School in the county set up related majors such as mechanical design and manufacturing, industrial robotics technology, photovoltaic engineering technology, application technology of new energy materials, and organized students to go to a long photovoltaic module production workshop for practical training. Through further promoting the integration of industry and education, Weining's rich human resources advantages and the industrial advantages of a new energy will be combined to realize the complementary advantages of resource sharing and jointly cultivate green equipment manufacturing industry workers. last year, Weining has taken Changtong Group, a local manufacturing enterprise in Guizhou, as the "chain owner" , and has made every effort to promote business investment and industrial chain investment, introducing a new energy, Jiangsu Guoqiang, Kehua Digital Energy and other excellent and strong enterprises.
