The announcement said that the 4.8 million kilowatt wind power photovoltaic key construction projects in Liaoning Province had problems such as "nuclear but not built" and "construction lag". Relevant prefectures and cities have reported the list of projects to be abolished, and after the summary of our committee, it is proposed to abolish two photovoltaic power generation projects, namely, Liaoneng Nanpiao 200 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Nanpiao Warm Pond 50 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, which have not been completed and connected to the grid on schedule, with a total of 250,000 kilowatts of scale indicators not connected to the grid.

of Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission on the Proposed Abolition of the Scale Indicators (the First Batch) of the Key Wind Power and Photovoltaic Construction Projects of 4.8 Million Kilowatts in the Province Not Completed on Schedule In order to accelerate the construction progress of new energy projects in the province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, To promote the leap-forward development of clean energy in our province, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized relevant municipalities to sort out the wind power photovoltaic projects with problems such as "nuclear but not construction" and "construction lag" in the key wind power photovoltaic construction projects of 4.8 million kilowatts in the province. Relevant prefectures and cities have reported the list of projects to be abolished. After summarizing by the Commission, two photovoltaic power generation projects, namely, Liaoneng Nanpiao 200 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Nanpiao Warm Pond 50 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, which have not been completed and connected to the grid on schedule, are proposed to be abolished, with a total of 250,000 kilowatts of scale indicators not connected to the grid, which are now publicized.
