of September 5, with the completion of the last wet joint pouring, the transverse splicing project of the former Nugukou Bridge on Qinglan Expressway, which was constructed by the 14th Bureau of China Railway, was successfully completed, which is also the longest transverse splicing construction of the large cantilever flange plate on the sea in China.
The original Nugukou Bridge splicing project is located on the west side of Shuangbu Toll Station of Qinglan Expressway, across the sea area of Jiaozhou Bay. There are 1041 transverse ribs and 3060 meters of wet joints on the bridge deck. It is the control node project of the reconstruction and expansion project of Shuangbu-Hetao Section of Qinglan Expressway. The original Nugukou Bridge in the reconstruction and expansion project
of Qinglan Expressway cancels the middle belt of the existing bridge, and widens the original bridge deck to four lanes by splicing the left and right sides horizontally as the right side of the reconstruction and expansion project of Qinglan Expressway, which greatly improves the traffic capacity of the right side of the bridge section after the reconstruction and expansion. It also provides conditions for the long-term realization of efficient interweaving and connection of turning vehicles from Xiashuang Connection Line to Huazhong Road.
The project adopts the key technology of transverse splicing reinforcement of large cantilever flange plate, which is the longest transverse splicing construction of large cantilever flange plate on the sea in China. The project invites Tongji University and bridge experts in the industry to jointly study and discuss, and determines the suspension super-long trestle and bridge transverse splicing scheme.
Suspended trestle construction uses beams, longitudinal beams and suspenders to form a construction platform to build a 2.4-kilometer-long suspended trestle without landing, which not only ensures construction safety, but also facilitates construction. The transverse splicing of the
bridge is to set up a transverse rib every 3m in the longitudinal direction of the bridge, through the wing plate, drilling, planting steel bars, pouring self-compacting non-shrinkage concrete, connecting the left and right sides into a whole, then connecting the wing plate with steel bars into a whole, pouring concrete, and the transverse ribs are like "threading the needle" to "sew up" the two bridges. The two bridges across the Jiaozhou Bay were successfully "hand-in-hand". The Shuangbu-Hetao section
of Qinglan Expressway is an important part of the national expressway network and the comprehensive transportation system around Jiaozhou Bay in Qingdao. After the completion of the project, it will achieve efficient connection with the first phase of the new airport expressway, the new airport expressway connection line and Huanwan Avenue, greatly enhance the traffic relief level between Jiaodong International Airport and the main urban area and the surrounding road network, which is of great significance for promoting the linkage development around the bay, speeding up the construction of the comprehensive experimental area for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, and promoting the integrated development of Jiaodong Economic Circle.
