On May 12, the first pile foundation of 14 piers on the left side of Tongmu River Bridge No.3 of Rongfu Expressway in Guangxi was successfully poured, marking the beginning of the construction of the bridge pile foundation of the project. Tongmu River Bridge is located in Siding Town, Rongan County, Liuzhou City, with a total length of 1050m/1052m and a maximum pier height of 96m, which is the highest pier in the whole line.
In order to ensure the pouring quality of the first pile foundation, the project department planned the drill ahead of time, organized reasonably, strengthened the technical training of site managers and construction workers, and controlled the details from the aspects of pile foundation hole forming, reinforcement cage making and concrete pouring. After the completion of the first pile construction, the head of the project department organized the first pile construction summary meeting at the first time, summarized the shortcomings in the first pile construction process, and improved them, which provided a strong theoretical and practical reference for the follow-up pile foundation construction, and accumulated valuable experience in karst pile foundation construction.
According to Zhou Chaoqiang, the person in charge of the project, in the next step, the project department will fully carry forward the spirit of the Second Bureau of China Construction to overcome difficulties and dare to win, optimize the construction organization, complete the control target nodes on time, strictly control the quality to create high-quality projects, and strive to achieve acceptance and opening ahead of schedule.
