In recent years, Subot has done a lot of research and practice work in the design, preparation and application of high-strength, special-shaped and mass concrete of bridge towers. Specifically, in this project, according to the characteristics of concrete working conditions of the main tower of Huangmaohai Cross-sea Channel, three key technical issues have been condensed, namely, super-elevation pumping, crack control and appearance quality improvement. The core solutions are rheology modification, cement hydration exothermic rate control, process controllable expansion and shrinkage compensation technology, which have been fully and successfully applied in the project and highly recognized by the participating units.
The Huangmaohai Cross-Sea Passage is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2024. At that time, it will form a group of cross-sea and cross-river corridors in Dawan District with the projects of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Shenzhen-Zhongdao Bridge, Nansha Bridge and Humen Bridge, which will help the economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area radiate to the western coastal areas of Guangdong and effectively promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
