The one-time pouring of core filling concrete in the North Anchorage of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge exceeds 13000 cubic meters of concrete, with a diameter of over 70 meters and a thickness of 3.9 meters, and is completed with C20 concrete at one time, which is equivalent to filling five standard swimming pools. It is a one-time large-scale continuous concrete pouring organized again after the completion of the one-time continuous pouring of about 15000 cubic meters of concrete in 46 hours on April 21.
Since the opening of the pouring on the evening of May 11, a total of 5 concrete production lines, 7 day pumps, 20 concrete mixers and more than 200 construction workers have been put into the core filling pouring of the North Anchorage of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge. At the peak, the concrete production capacity reached 400 cubic meters, and the concrete mixers delivered more than 1300 times back and forth. The concrete was poured into the foundation pit of the anchorage area day and night, and finally the pouring task was completed with high efficiency and quality, and the new "Huanggang speed" was performed again.
In order to effectively cope with the difficulties of large volume, large area, long pouring time and difficult construction organization and coordination, the construction team of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge project carried forward the spirit of "four specialties" of the iron army in the construction of the bridge on the red earth, overcome difficulties, plan ahead and organize meticulously. Before construction, through organizing expert reviews with construction units and supervisors, the construction scheme is repeatedly demonstrated and optimized, and the division of responsibilities of team members in traffic security, material transportation, on-site pouring, concrete curing and other links is clarified. It is understood that after the completion of the pouring, the core filling operation in the north anchorage area of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge was nearly 90% completed. Chen Mingzhe, the site manager of the anchorage work area, said: "We actively carry out labor competitions, keep a close eye on the construction period nodes, reverse the schedule, and fight with wall charts. After the massive concrete pouring, it was completed nearly five months ahead of schedule. According to the current construction schedule, The back cabin of the north anchorage is expected to complete the core filling construction in late May, and at the same time, the construction of the front cabin of the anchorage is also advancing rapidly.
Yanji Yangtze River Bridge is designed with two towers and a single span, with a main span of 1860 meters. It is the first suspension bridge with four main cables of different sag in the world. It is also the first double-deck suspension bridge with four main cables of different sag ratio spans in the world. The north anchorage is the key project with the longest construction period and the largest volume in the whole concrete project of Yanji Yangtze River Bridge, with a total concrete consumption of 420,000 cubic meters and a total weight of more than 1 million tons. For such a double-deck suspension bridge, it can be said to be the "anchor" and its role is extremely critical.
Yanji Yangtze River Bridge is the second river-crossing channel connecting Ezhou and Huanggang, with an expressway on the upper level and an urban expressway on the lower level. The line of the second river-crossing channel (Yanji Yangtze River Bridge and Connection) in Hubei Province is about 26 kilometers long. It is a comprehensive supporting project for Hubei Province to build the fourth and first international logistics hub (Huahu Airport) in the world and the first in Asia.
