The main components of the station's production, construction, technology, quality and service guarantee have overcome many difficulties, such as the long mixing time of high-grade concrete, the high requirement for the continuity of mass concrete pouring, and the impact of high temperature climate conditions on the operation and construction, to ensure the smooth completion of the pouring. The section size of the warehouse foundation of No.
2 building is 1.5m × 2.5m, the maximum length is 112m, and the minimum length is 35m. It is a super-long mass concrete structure. The average temperature of the project site is as high as 33 ℃ and the strength grade of C60 is double pressurized, so the construction entity is prone to temperature stress cracking and surface shrinkage cracking.
As the first pouring, there is little experience for reference in the pouring of C60 super-long and large-volume components. After receiving the pouring plan, the relevant personnel immediately began to plan and prepare the work, complete the mix design, trial mix verification, raw material reserve work, formulate special concrete pouring plan and technical disclosure, fully dock with the construction party, formulate the control point guarantee plan and emergency measures for material preparation, production and supply, pouring and distribution, thermometry and maintenance; Coordination and linkage of station dispatching, material, operation, loader, machine repair, transportation and auxiliary workers; In the pouring site, the company's quality and technical management center sent special personnel to the site to participate in the follow-up guidance, and the site technicians were on duty in shifts to ensure that the technical services were in place, strictly control the workability of concrete, regularly detect the temperature of concrete entering the mold and the temperature of solid components, and observe and record the temperature rise changes.

There are 4 building warehouses in the construction project of Yuxi Grain Reserve Depot in Yunnan Province, all of which adopt the form of ground beam + raft foundation. The No.2 building warehouse poured this time will be followed by concrete pouring of raft and floor wall columns as planned, and the design concrete grade is C60. This pouring has accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent construction of the project and the concrete pouring and quality control of similar projects.
