The original G319 Upgrading and Reconstruction Project (Jiaoxi-Yongan Section) starts from the west side of Jinyang Avenue Interchange in the east and ends at Jingjiu Road in the west. The main line is 7.38 kilometers long. It is constructed according to the first-class highway standard with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

According to the overall construction plan, the project will be completed and opened to traffic by the end of September 2024, when the traffic capacity of the east-west trunk road of Jinyang New Town will be greatly improved.
