Recently, China Construction Enterprise Management Association Foundation and Underground Engineering Construction Technology Exchange and Observation Meeting was held in Zhonghai Chengdu Tianfu New Area Super High-rise Project of China Construction Eighth Bureau. More than 500 experts and scholars attended the meeting observed the advanced construction methods and techniques applied in the foundation stage of the project on the spot. It covers the detection of super-large tonnage anchor pile reaction, the construction of deep and narrow fertilizer trough flow solidified soil, the built-in construction elevator of foundation pit, the construction organization of mass concrete, the factory reinforcement processing plant, and the treatment of fissure water in mudstone foundation of foundation pit.
Zhonghai Chengdu Tianfu New Area Super High-rise Project completed the mass concrete pouring of 41,000 cubic meters of floor on December 17, 2022. The mass concrete construction technology broke through 10,000 cubic meters in only 7 hours and 30,000 cubic meters in only 27 hours. The maximum pouring speed reached 1,600 cubic meters per hour, setting a new record for the same type of project in China!
Repeated demonstration and scientific organization
The foundation pit of the project is adjacent to Line 19 under construction and Line 6 in operation. The site conditions are limited, the raft concrete volume is large and super-thick, and the one-time pouring organization is difficult and the quality risk is high. Before
pouring, the project has invited a number of concrete experts to carry out project demonstration and guidance, scientific organization, precise deployment, comprehensive planning and coordination of the surrounding available sites and road resources, to ensure the smooth progress of pouring.
Aiming at the problem of hydration heat control of ultra-thick floor, the project verifies the feasibility of ultra-low hydration heat double-mixed concrete mix proportion through orthogonal experiment and full-scale test in advance, which reduces the hydration heat from the source and greatly reduces the noise pollution during concrete pouring.
Green Low Carbon & nbsp; Energy-saving and environmental protection
Zhonghai Chengdu Tianfu New Area Super High-rise Project continues to implement the dual-carbon development strategy, aiming at "Green Building Samsung" and "LEED Gold Award", and has taken a solid step on the journey of green construction from the beginning of infrastructure construction. The green, low-carbon, standardized and modular "chute + branch chute" conveying mode is adopted for this
pouring, which has the characteristics of low carbon, environmental protection and high efficiency. Through the application of chute pouring technology, it is estimated that the mass concrete pouring of the project can reduce the fuel consumption of 13700L/60280 degree of electricity consumption and reduce carbon emissions by 60 tons.
The volume of concrete poured at one time reached 41,000 cubic meters, more than 300 tons of section steel supports were erected, more than 5,000 tons of steel bars were bound, more than 600 concrete trucks were mobilized, and more than 6,000 trucks, 8 chutes and 3 dump points were dispatched.
