On August 2, the first ring segment of Beijing-Binhai Railway of Fangqiao Company of the 14th Bureau of China Railway began to be poured, marking that the high-speed rail shield segment prefabrication plant with the largest scale and the highest intelligent level in China was officially put into operation in Tianjin, that the intelligent manufacturing technology of large diameter shield segment in China has made breakthroughs, and that the construction of Beijing-Binhai Railway has been accelerated.
The launching ceremony
segment is the main assembly component of the shield tunnel, like a solid "golden bell jar", creating a protective barrier for the tunnel, bearing the role of resisting soil pressure, groundwater pressure and some special loads. As the permanent lining structure of the tunnel, the segments are closely connected and interlocked to provide a safe space for the rapid running train.
The segment yard is located in Dongli District, Tianjin, covering an area of about 245 mu. It undertakes the prefabrication of 5325 ring segments and 5325 box culverts of No.1 and No.2 tunnels of Tianjin Airport on Beijing-Binhai Railway, and 3007 ring segments and 3007 box culverts of Jingu Haihe Tunnel on Tianjin-Weihai Railway. The company has developed and designed two leading green intelligent segment production lines in China, with a maximum monthly capacity of 550 rings, which can meet the tunneling needs of four large shield machines at the same time.
In order to implement the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, according to the relevant objectives and requirements of "high-quality engineering and intelligent construction" of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intercity Railway Investment Co., Ltd., Fangqiao Company has devoted all its efforts to the pursuit of perfection, building the site with the highest standards, investing the strongest force, developing the latest technology, and striving to achieve the goal. The distribution, tracking and processing of construction tasks are realized through the lean construction scheduling center; the information of the whole production process and the whole cycle is systematically collected, analyzed and warned through the intelligent control center; and the most advanced iterative intelligent management and control production line in China is created through eight key technological innovations. Among them, "reinforcement cage automatic detection equipment" and "robot linkage system" are the first research and development applications in China, which realize the digital management, fingertip production and visual supervision of high-speed rail shield segment production.
"Robot linkage system" has changed the separate operation of robots and the control of production lines, and realized the remote operation of cleaning, spraying, plastering and carrying robots in the control room. The process is more closely linked and the production is more smooth and efficient. The first automatic detection equipment of reinforcement cage in China has realized full-size and full-point detection, completely eliminated the drawbacks of missed detection and error caused by manual sampling inspection, and ensured that the qualified rate of reinforcement cage is 100%. As a state-level green factory, the
office and living
area makes every effort to build a "green construction site". Through intensive construction layout, the land is saved by 48%. A new type of insulation layer is added to improve the maintenance process. The carbon emission is zero. The green area of the base is more than 30%, which adds a touch of green to the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Railway.
It is reported that the Beijing-Binhai Railway, as an important part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rail transit network, will play an important role in further improving the road network structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, building the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the track" and promoting the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tianjin-Weifang high-speed rail is the northern section of the second line of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail. The line starts from Tianjin Binhai Station in the north and ends at Weifang North Station of Jiqing high-speed rail in the south, with a total length of 348.9 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It will greatly optimize the layout of Beijing-Shanghai railway corridor.
