Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project World-class Scale Three-dimensional Warehouse Capped!

The reporter learned from Sinopec Tianjin Petrochemical Company that on June 26, with the modularization of the three-dimensional packaging D warehouse grid of Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project in place, the industry's first overall module of the three-dimensional warehouse grid was completed, and the construction of the world-class green intelligent three-dimensional warehouse of Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project took a key step. When it is completed and put into operation, it will become the largest storage capacity of Sinopec.

It is understood that the solid products and packaging warehouse is an important chemical product packaging warehouse for Tianjin Nangang Ethylene Project, in which the three-dimensional warehouse is 160 meters long, 131 meters wide and 37.8 meters high, with a construction area of 21550 square meters, and is designed with 38252 cargo spaces, which can store about 57378 tons of polyolefin products. There are 112 concrete independent columns in the three-dimensional warehouse, and there is no coupling beam between the columns, so the verticality and accuracy requirements are high, and the design and construction are difficult. In view of the two major construction difficulties of concrete column and steel grid installation in the three-dimensional warehouse, in order to optimize the construction scheme of the three-dimensional warehouse, Tianjin Petrochemical Company, together with Sinopec Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. and Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd., has vigorously developed new technology and adopted the new construction scheme of prefabricated concrete column for the first time in the field of domestic engineering construction, which improves the work efficiency by more than 50% compared with the traditional construction method. The new installation technology of "ground assembly hydraulic integral lifting + air filling support" adopted in the project realizes the installation of the main structure on the top of the three-dimensional warehouse at one time, which greatly reduces the safety risk of high-altitude operation and expands a new path for the modular construction of large-span high-altitude grid in petrochemical engineering construction industry.
