Recently, the first pier column of "JJSD-JJ1" bid of Jiangyin Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel North Connection Project was successfully poured, marking a new progress in the substructure of the project and a big step forward in the construction of the project.
According to the introduction, the total length of the JJ1 bid line of the north connection project constructed by the Second Company of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway is 5.518 km, the main line is in the form of bridge (33.1m wide), and 864 bored piles, 112 bearing platforms and 464 piers are designed. The J62 pier column structure of the first pouring is a square pier column of 2.2m × 2.2m, with a height of about 16.4 meters and a designed concrete volume of 79.4 cubic meters. The sectional pouring method is adopted. In order to ensure the smooth pouring of piers, the project department continuously optimizes the construction scheme, strictly abides by the principle of "test before use", organizes the construction personnel to carry out safety technical disclosure, opens up the "last kilometer" of safety production, and establishes quality and safety from the aspects of mechanical equipment verification, personnel training and assessment, on-site mechanical placement and standardization of process flow. It adopts three-level safety management mode, implements leadership, technical side station and safety control, and implements standardized management and control of safety production of construction teams in dangerous key processes.
Jiangyin Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel is located between Jiangyin Bridge and Taizhou Bridge. It connects Jingjiang River in the north and Jiangyin in the south. It is composed of the main line and the north-south connection line. It is constructed according to the standard of two-way six-lane expressway. It is the super-large diameter tunnel with the largest section diameter and the highest water pressure in China. After completion, it will greatly alleviate the traffic pressure of Jiangyin Bridge. It is of great significance to improve the regional expressway network and promote the cross-river integration of Xichangtai Group and the integrated development of Chengjing.
